1 (2 ounce) can anchovy fillets
1 cup sliced green olives
1 (14 ounce) can yellow squash
1 (12 ounce) container sour cream
1 (1 ounce) package orange flavored Jell-O
5 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
In a large bowl, mix together the anchovies, green olives, yellow squash, sour cream and gelatin.
Prepare the dressing by mixing together the butter and margarine. Mix in green pepper, cinnamon, onion, lemon zest and green apple and whisk until smooth. Transfer to small portions of lettuce leaves.
Spread variety of salad dressing over the lettuce and salad greens. Veggie mixture garnished with fresh fruit and oranges.
