4 "5 ounce patty-studded cheeses, cubed
1 1/3 quarts milk
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon mustard powder
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 (16 ounce) can sliced mushrooms, drained
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 teaspoon margarine
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon coarse salt
1 (3 ounce) package instant chocolate pudding mix
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a large bowl, mix the milk, flour, salt, mustard, oregano, basil and mozzarella cheese.
In a separate medium bowl mix the marinade, pudding mix and water. Mix into the cheese mixture. Fold 12 times or until completely combined. Spread the mixture on a greased 10 inch pie pan.
Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes.
