1 (3 ounce) package powdered creme fraiche with citrus zest
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups chopped pecans
1 (14 ounce) can sliced raspberries
1 pint vanilla yogurt
1 pint vegetable juice
1/3 cup peanut butter
1 cup milk
In a medium bowl, mix powdered creme fraiche and lemon juice. Fold the peach slices and peach preserves into the peach mixture. Spread peach slices onto a large serving plate. Garnish with chopped pecans and sprinkle with raspberries.
Dip pecans in milk and put in dripper; pour over peach slices. Refrigerate peach slices. Serve in chilled glass jars or chilled in airtight containers.
