Stuffed Artichoke Dip Recipe

Ingredients

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

1 (6 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained

1/2 cup mayonnaise

4 ounces grilled artichoke hearts

Directions

In a medium bowl, blend cream cheese, artichoke hearts, mayonnaise and artichokes. Mix until thoroughly combined. Cover and refrigerate.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

In a medium bowl, mix artichoke hearts and mayonnaise until thoroughly combined. Sprinkle mixture over the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish. Pour 1/2 cup of the dip mixture over the bottom of the baking dish and spread remaining mixture onto the top of the dip.

Bake and let dip cool. Spread the remaining cheese over the artichoke hearts. Brush with remaining mayonnaise.
