1 (16 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 egg, beaten
1 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice
5 eggs, beaten
1/4 teaspoon salt
In a medium egg mixing bowl, stir together cream cheese, egg, lemon juice and eggs. Combine cream cheese mixture with water. Mix well and allow to stand for 20 minutes; mixing could make the cream a bit tacky. Serve blended.
