1 (10 ounce) package --- lighter cream cheese, softened
1 (7 ounce) package instant dried onion cream cheese, softened
4 slices Cheddar cheese, cubed
1 (3 ounce) can anchovies, drained and chopped
1 (5 ounce) can sliced mushrooms
1 stalk celery, diced
2 cups chopped carrots
1 (1 1/2 ounce) can black olives, drained
1 small onion, halved
Pour each 20 vegan margarine and olive oil packet into a 3 quart glass jar. Sprinkle cream cheese and onion cream cheese on top of packet. Gently close jars. Seal lids.
Steam corn in large pot 1 hour. Stir in anchovies, mushrooms, sliced carrots, black olives and onion. Reduce heat to medium low and stir until carrots are tender.
