Teriyaki Marinade Recipe

Ingredients

1/2 cup soy sauce

1/2 cup water

2 tablespoons marinade

1 (8 ounce) can tomato paste

1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce

1/2 cup light brown vinegar

1/2 cup soy sauce

1/2 cup yellow mustard

1/4 cup vegetable oil

1 tablespoon vegetable oil

1 teaspoon brown sugar

Directions

In a nonstick or non-stick skillet, heat soy sauce and water over medium heat. Add marinade and tomato paste, and stir well. Reduce heat to medium-low. Add vinegar, light brown vinegar, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, light brown vinegar, soy sauce, brown sugar, mustard, and olive oil. Cover, and simmer for 5 minutes.

Reduce heat to low; place a sheet of waxed paper on the foil. Place a sheet of waxed paper onto the foil. Fold over the marinade to prevent sticking. Place 1/2 sheet of waxed paper over the marinade, folded over seam to seam. Place another 1/2 sheet of waxed paper over the foil. Fold seam to seam to seal edges of foil. Trim edge of foil to fit foil. Seal remaining foil edges with pin. Place foil on rack in center of oven. Place oven rack on broiler rack.

Broil or broil steamer rack about 1 inch from heat source; turn rack to broil. Place steamer rack on broiler rack. Place steamer rack about 1 inch from heat source; turn rack to broil. Place steamer rack on broiler rack.

Broil steamer rack about 15 inches from heat source until steamer is cooked, about 3 minutes. Remove foil and rack.
