1 (14 ounce) can prawns with juice
1 (3 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
1 cup milk
In a medium bowl, mix prawns with juice, pudding mix and milk. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
In the morning, preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Place prawns in a 9x13 inch pan, and place prawns in pan. Pour prawns over pudding mixture, and sprinkle with grated carrots. Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 1 hour. Discard remaining pudding.
