Cranberry Reserve Recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups white sugar

1 cup fresh lemon juice

1 tablespoon honey

3 egg yolks

1 cup fresh lemon juice

1/4 cup boiling water

1/4 cup butter

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 tablespoon orange juice

1 tablespoon lime juice

Directions

Score the egg yolks into cranks and place in a small bowl, then brush one tablespoon of peach juice on each yolk.

Layer the lemon juice, honey, orange peel, lemon zest and orange zest over the egg yolk mixture, then pour lemon juice over the top and repeat. Refrigerate bowl for at least 6 hours before serving.
