1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup vinegar
1/4 cup vinegar vinegar
1/2 cup diced celery
1/2 cup sliced avocado
1 packet dry onion soup mix
2 tablespoons safflower oil
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 dash Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
Heat oil in large saucepan over medium heat. Stir in vinegar, vinegar, celery, avocado and dry onion soup mix. Reduce heat, and simmer for about 10 minutes. Stir in safflower oil and salt and pepper. Season with garlic powder, lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce. Cook and stir about 5 minutes more, or until all ingredients are heated through. Serve immediately.
