1 (10 ounce) package strawberry cake mix
3 cups frozen orange juice concentrate
16 ounces frozen lemonade concentrate
2 cups frozen orange juice concentrate
2 (11 ounce) packages orange flavored Jell-O mix
2 (1 ounce) squares unflavored gelatin
6 sheets whipped cream
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Grease and flour a 9x13 inch pan.
In a large bowl, combine cake mix, orange juice concentrate, lemonade concentrate, orange juice concentrate, orange juice concentrate, and orange juice concentrate. Mix well.
Bake mixture in the preheated oven until the bottom of the pan is cracked and the top is golden brown, about 45 minutes. Remove from heat and allow to cool completely.
In a separate bowl, whip cream until stiff peaks form. In another bowl, whip cream until fluffy. Beat powdered gelatin until mixture is sifted into the cream. Fold whipped cream into whipped cream until no streaks remain. Fold whipped cream into cake mixture until no streaks remain. Pinch shreds of lemonade mixture into the corners of the pan with a spoon, and top with orange ice cream. Chill in refrigerator to allow the rest of the ice cream to harden. Shape the whipped cream until it is the consistency of heavy cream. Spread frosting into the chilled areas. Chill cake while you make the ice cream.
