1 (11 ounce) package chocolate cookie mix
1 (3 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
1 (3 ounce) package instant chocolate pudding mix with raisins
1 (9 inch) unbaked pie crust
1 (8 ounce) package instant chocolate pudding mix
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
To Make Crust: In a large bowl, mix together cookie mix, pudding mix and raisins; set aside.
In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and 1/2 cup butter until smooth. Stir in 1/3 cup sugar, one tablespoon at a time, until mixture is whipped. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Pour into pie shell.
Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool pie completely before cutting into bars.
To Make Cream Cheese Frosting: In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar, 1 teaspoon vanilla, vanilla extract and 1/3 cup whipped cream. Stir in whipped cream until well blended. Spread over pie.
