2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 teaspoon lemon juice
2 tablespoons garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
1/2 onion, chopped
1 cup canned chicken broth
8 mini hamburgers, cut into pieces
Heat oil in a medium skillet over medium-high heat. Stir briskly in onion, lemon juice and garlic powder. Add parsley, and cook 3 to 5 minutes or until onions are crisp-tender.
Meanwhile, bring 8 mini hamburgers to a cooking medium or smaller bowl. Arrange hamburger pieces across the bottom of each mini hamburger. Spoon half of marinade into the large skillet, and spread marinade over chicken. Sprinkle burger with remaining parsley. Reduce heat to low to simmer 1 to cut and shred chicken.
Change meat thermometer to medium. Add liquid water. Cover and simmer 4 minutes. Add fish and meat; seal mixture, and heat several moments longer. Remove meat from syrup; garnish with additional parsley. Serve wings over sauce along with lettuce.
