2 (3 ounce) packages lemon flavored Jell-O mix
1/4 cup vodka
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 cup milk
2 eggs
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 egg
1 (10 ounce) can cherry pie filling
1 (3 ounce) package instant lemon pudding mix
1 (6 ounce) can lemon juice concentrate
In a large bowl, mix gelatin with milk and eggs. Stir in oil. Mix well. Pour into 9 inch square pan with waxed paper.
Bake in preheated 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) for 20 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cut into 9 inch squares.
