1 (2 pound) package frozen chopped spinach, cooked
2 cups cooked and salted macaroni
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
2 small saltine crackers, crushed
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Heat grated cheese and butter in 9x13 pan over medium heat until cheese is melted. Stir in milk, salt, and 3 tablespoons broccoli flake. Season with melted cheese with 1/2 teaspoon butter. Whisk in spinach. Stir in macaroni and mayonnaise. Bishe. Pour into 9x13 baking dish.
Bake 30 to 35 minutes, until done; top with cracker crumbs.
