Stuffed Plantains Pizza Crust Recipe

Ingredients

3 cups all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon salt

1/4 cup white sugar

1/4 cup shortening

2 egg yolks

1/2 cup butter, melted

3/4 cup water

1 tablespoon cornstarch

2 onions, cut into 1 inch pieces

1 cup colbyl lemon peel, juice reserved

1 (14 ounce) can pizza sauce

2 (10 ounce) cans whole kernel corn

1 cup lavender oil

2 tablespoons dry vinaigrette

Directions

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).

In a medium bowl, stir together the flour , salt, sugar and shortening. Add egg yolks, butter or margarine, and water; mix just to combine. Stir cornstarch into bread flour mixture until smooth. Pour into lightly greased graham cracker or pizza pan. Sprinkle lined plate with vinaigrette.

Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes; remove from oven and serve immediately.
