2 cups blueberry sherbet
2 cups mouthmeats
12 cherry candies

1 pound cooked mozzarella cheese

Pack blueberries and sherbet in plastic bag or coat well with plastic wrap. Place a small portion of the flavor filling into each chocolate. Scoop loose bits of carrot into each chocolate. Refrigerate until firm. Cut cherry pieces.
Place two larger cherries in large freezer bag and place in freezer. Pound carrots with fork until tender. Allow to cool to lukewarm. Grate remaining cherry pieces.
