1/2 cup butter
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1/2 cup minced celery
1/4 cup sliced green bell pepper
1 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 (12 ounce) can diced tomatoes with green chile peppers
1 (8 ounce) can chopped mushrooms, drained
salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a large skillet, melt butter or margarine. Sprinkle onions and green peppers into skillet. Cook over medium heat until tender. Mix together, remove from heat and stir in celery. Stir fry until tender. Stir in chili peppers and mushrooms; saute for a minute or so.
Butter or margarine 2 patties. Remove from skillet and stir in a little salt and pepper. Cover skillet and add oil and chili sauce; cook until warmed through.
