1/2 cup margarine
1/2 cup vinegar
2 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1 teaspoon turmeric
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1 teaspoon cornstarch
1 cup carrots, cut in 1/2 inch slices
2 cups chicken wing tops
In a small bowl, slowly drizzle margarine over a pan of simmering water. Add vinegar, eggs, milk, turmeric, garlic powder and pumpkin pie spice. Bring to a simmer, stirring constantly. Cover and allow to simmer 20 minutes.
Meanwhile, in a separate small mixing bowl, mix carrots and chicken wings.
Return pan of water to a boil, lower heat and simmer uncovered 5 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Return chicken to the heat and heat through and stir in margarine mixture.
