88 white or buttery round crackers
16 ounces cream cheese
6 egg yolks
4 tablespoons milk
2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
6 tablespoons white sugar
3 teaspoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
6 cups bread flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Line a 9 inch springform pan with a towel. Place crackers in the pan. Wrap foil around breads. Pour at least 1 cup of cracker filling onto each bread.
Bake in preheated oven for about 45 minutes, or until crackers are golden brown. Serve warm or cooler. Fruit flavor: vanilla. Serves 4.
