1 tablespoon olive oil
3 medium cloves of garlic, peeled and chopped
2 teaspoons dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 1/2 cups dry kidney beans (ritual optional)
1 cup cold water
In a medium bowl, combine olive oil, garlic, oregano, pepper and water to cook and non-stick pan; bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 20 minutes.
