2 (10 ounce) cans refrigerated sausage rolls
1 bunch green onions, thinly sliced into 1 inch rounds
1 bunch celery, thinly sliced into 1/2 inch rounds
1 bunch carrots, thinly sliced into 1/2 inch rounds
1 bunch tomatoes, thinly sliced into 1/2 inch rounds
1 bunch mushrooms, sliced into 1/4 inch rounds
1 (12 ounce) package shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup finely chopped onion
1/4 cup minced Italian sausage
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Place sausage rolls in a large resealable plastic bag. Combine green onions, celery, carrots, tomatoes and mushrooms in bag. Place sausage roll in resealable plastic bag. Seal plastic bag and place in bottom of ungreased 3 quart casserole dish. Pour chili gravy over top of roll.
Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 1 hour.
While pork is cooking remove the sausage rolls from the pan and place them in a large resealable plastic bag. Drain and discard sausage and drain excess liquid. Cook on high heat for 5 minutes, scraping pan in pan. Remove sausage and vegetables from pan. Slice tomatoes around bottom of pan and arrange on top of vegetables. Top with cheese and sausage and toast for a few minutes. Pour chicken gravy over all.
Bake uncovered for 40 minutes. Sprinkle with onion and cheese. Bake 30 minutes more or until cheese is melted and slowly browned. Joe up and stir occasionally. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
While stew is simmering remove pan from heat and scatter sausage over stuffing, vegetables and meat. Quickly brown some of the excess grease in skillet. Remove open pan from heat and allow all to cool. Pour tomato mix on stuffing.
Return open pan and allow to cool completely.
Remove sausage from pan and place under hot water for 10 minutes. Stir and cook 1 minute more. Remove from water and drain, leaving juices in pan. Stir sausage slowly into tomato mixture, stirring constantly. Be patient.
Remove pan from heat and let cool completely. Pour gravy over all, stirring occasionally.
Reduce heat to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Pour tomato mixture over meat and vegetables.
