Molasses Cinnamon Rub Recipe

Ingredients

1/2 cup molasses

2 tablespoons butter

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup milk

1 small onion, pounded into small pieces

Directions

In a medium mixing bowl, combine molasses and butter. Stir together. Strain through a sieve into a clean bowl. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour so that flavors can blend.

Dissolve milk in molasses mixture. Preserve remaining mixture in liquor of your choice. Serve hot or cold.
