2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 (4 ounce) can sliced mushrooms
5 onions, chopped
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped celery
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon dried minced chives
2 tablespoons garlic powder
1 (16 ounce) can cream cheese, softened
3 eggs
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 tablespoons minced onion
6 ounces shredded Cheddar cheese
Combine oil, mushrooms, onions, celery, onion, celery, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, chives, garlic powder and cream cheese together in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook, stirring frequently, until vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes. Stir in mushrooms and celery mixture. Cook for about 2 minutes to cook the broccoli, stirring often. Remove from heat and stir in cheese until all ingredients are thoroughly combined. Discard any remaining cheese.
