2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 large onion, cut into 1/2 inch slices
1 clove garlic, seeded and minced
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
2 tablespoons dried parsley
salt to taste
ground black pepper to taste
2 (8 ounce) cans mandarin oranges, drained
1 (8 ounce) can sliced pecans
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).
Place the ingredients in a blender or food processor. Stir until ingredients are smooth.
Place a sheet of foil in the center of a baking sheet. Spread butter on top of foil, and lightly dust with flour. Spread mixture over bottom of prepared baking sheet.
Bake uncovered in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until lightly browned. Leave foil on baking sheet.
