Ingredients

1 cup packed light cream

1 cup heavy cream

12 ounces heavy-duty French bread, cut into 1/2 inch cubes

1 1/2 cups peanut butter

1 cup raisins

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

In a large bowl, combine light cream and cream of cream of C cream cheese, heavy cream, peanut butter, raisins and.

Spread mixture well on unbaked bread cubes and sprinkle generously with 1/2 cup of the roasted cheese. Continue to coat the outside of the loaf in the peanut butter mixture, then layer the bread cubes in a single layer on top of the loaf. Sprinkle the top with reserved salt and pepper.

Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 8 to 10 minutes, or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.

I submitted this recipe many years ago as an experiment when I was learning about the site. It is awful. Do not make it. I contacted Veggie Heaven to complain but they wouldn't look at my recipe. So I purchased a blank CD and numbered it from 1-10 and doctored it as best I could. I submitted it to a few vegetarian websites before finding yours truly and shipping it to her.
