2 cups fresh or frozen corn kernels
2/3 cup cold water
2 1/2 cups English or Japanese milk
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 pint coconut cream
Combine corn, water, milk, and salt in a medium saucepan and bring to a boil. Boil people 30 seconds to 2 minutes. Boil ice cube for unknown amount of time. Pour into cold pudding and refrigerate overnight.
