2 cups lemon juice
1 cup boiling water
1 cup vegetable oil
1 cup quick cooking oats
1 cup sour cream
1 cup confectioners' sugar
1 cup wheat flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
2 egg whites
In a medium bowl, mix lemon juice, boiling water, oil, oats, sour cream, confectioners' sugar, wheat flour, baking powder, baking soda and egg whites until creamy. Shape mixture into a 2 to 3/4 inch round loaf. Roll loaf into 1 inch squares.
