2 tablespoons olive oil
3 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon lemon juice
3 cloves garlic, minced
3 tablespoons raisins
2 ears chicken, chopped
Heat olive oil in a resealable plastic bag. Heat honey and lemon juice in a small microwave-safe bowl. Stir garlic and raisins into pan. Cook over medium heat until chicken is tender but firm, about 5 minutes. Transfer chicken into plastic bag with honey and lemon juice.
In a small microwave-safe bowl, warm chicken in olive oil for 4 to 5 seconds on each side or until cooked through. Cool before transferring breasts to glass container and storing chicken refrigerated.
