1 (18.5 ounce) can frozen orange juice concentrate
1 (3 ounce) package orange flavored Jell-O
6 (3 ounce) packages egg white and milk pie filling mix
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
2 tablespoons white sugar
1/4 cup orange-flavored lemonade mix
1 tablespoon orange zest
1 egg, beaten
1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
1/8 teaspoon lemon zest
1 (8 ounce) package lemon flavored Jell-O mix
In a large plastic bag, mix orange juice concentrate, orange flavored gelatin, egg white and milk. Stir until well blended.
Roll the jelly dough into 1-inch balls. Wrap each ball in waxed paper and refrigerate until set (about one hour). Remove wax paper and shape jelly into 2 or more pieces, but not into balls or sticks. Place jelly balls in plastic bag, seal bag and shake vigorously to make a smooth-crust-like consistency.
Fill jelly-filled jelly-rolls with cream cheese, sugar and lemonade mix. Roll over jelly and place in freezer for one hour.
Remove jelly-rolls from freezer and place on ungreased cookie sheet. Freeze until set (about 4 hours).
