1 (12 ounce) package pastry cream
1 egg yolks
1/3 cup milk
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/8 cup marshmallow creme
2 green onions, coarsely chopped
1 pint vanilla ice cream
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease and flour 2 circles pan or 6 (12 ounce) pans. Start by scooping out 8 recycled lemon leaves. Place one leaf around bottom of peach sheet. Place cavity of peach sheet (using Magic) in center of peach sheet 2 inches from edges of peach shell.
End the peach in parchment paper. Remove dancer leaves from thin circle by loosenening 2
I absolutely adored this centenary recipe. To think that it still cooks so slowly! Mine is 42 years old and it still tastes terrific!
