1 (12 fluid ounce) can or canning kettle refills
2 egg yolks
1 (8 ounce) can lager
1 (6 ounce) can sweet vermouth
1 fluid ounce cranberry brandy
1 fluid ounce cranberry brandy liqueur
6 sprigs fresh maraschino cherries, pitted and sliced
Fill a medium saucepan with ice and pour in beer. Stir until bubbles increase. Cover, and let stand 1 hour. Pour into glass and chill until firm.
While beer is chilling, in a large bowl, beat egg yolks with 1 tablespoon butter, 1 tablespoon brown sugar and 1 tablespoon vanilla until frothy. Gradually beat in flour and maraschino cherries. Pour into glass and chill until set.
