All five members of my family said, "It's a keeper!" It was very good. I made a slightly different recipe by marinating the chicken pieces in the mixture for an hour in the fridge. I also cooked it slower (but still the same) in the oven. I definitely will make this over and over. It's a keeper! Yummy!

This is very good - but I make it every year or two. Beef jerky really adds flavor and makes the dish worth eating. I doubled the sauce ingredients and added 28 ounces of low-fat shredded chicken. Excellent recipe!

This turned out very well in a slow cooker. The only people who didn't finish the chicken were the dogs. The next time I make this recipe I'll try some different grains or carrots- maybe once I cook the chicken. It was very good, but I'm sure it would be even better in a slow cooker.
