3 cups white sugar
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup lard
1 1/2 cups butter, softened
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
3 tablespoons margarine, melted
1 cup cornstarch
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1 (12 ounce) package vanilla wafers
4 egg whites
4 egg yolks
In a large bowl, beat sugar, oil, flour, margarine, cornstarch and vanilla until well blended. Stir in heavy whipping cream. Beat, stirring constantly, until mixture is thickened. Pour mixture into crust.
In a small bowl, beat egg whites until foamy. Beat egg yolks into cream mixture until well blended. Pour filling over cheesecake and top with whipped cream. Chill for 24 hours.
