3 tablespoons caster sugar
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
1 tablespoon dried sage
3 tablespoons distilled white vinegar
1 cup cider vinegar
2 tablespoons steamed wine
3 tablespoons butter
Melt the sugar, rosemary and sage in a medium saucepan. Stir in the vinegar, vinegar, steamed wine and butter about 1 minute. Cook 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until sugar-glazed and vinegar-shredded.
