1 (16 ounce) package romaine lettuce leaves
1 package slow cooked corn
1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (14.5 ounce) can raisins or almonds
1 cup chopped cooked ham
1 (4 ounce) can orange juice concentrate
1 cup grape juice
1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). In a mixing bowl, combine the lettuce, corn, cream cheese, raisins and almonds. Cut each line of lettuce in half to make 6 rounds.
In a 3 to 4 quart casserole dish, combine the ham and orange juice concentrate. Mix together.
Spread mixture evenly in middle of casserole. Sprinkle with beaten sour cream, then top with quiche slices. Drop by rounded spoonfuls onto the half of casserole dish.
Bake in preheated oven for 60 minutes. Serve warm or at room temperature.
