4 egg white (white)/white, diced
1 (12 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup white sugar
2 egg yolks
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 8x8 inch baking dish.
In a medium bowl, beat egg white and cream cheese until foam is light. Gradually stir in 1/2 cup sugar and egg yolks until mixture is creamy. Pour into prepared pan and interlace circles on bottom of the pan with toothpicks. Using knife, start at point farthest from pan.
Bake 22 to 28 minutes in the preheated oven. Cool 10 minutes before serving.
