1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 (2 pound) piece chicken
1 (4 ounce) can sliced mushrooms, drained
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 cup black vinegar
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup honey
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon crushed black pepper
Heat oil in a large saucepan over medium heat; add chicken, mushrooms, celery, onion, olive oil, vinegar, water, honey, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper and honey. Reduce heat to low, simmer for 5 minutes.
