Spiced Ham Recipe

Ingredients

4 slices bacon

2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

1 pound ham, cut into small pieces

2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

1 pound ground beef

4 ounces chicken sausage, diced

1 (12 ounce) can sliced mushrooms

1 (15 ounce) can milk

1 tablespoon paprika

1 tablespoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon dried parsley

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

1 teaspoon red pepper flakes

2 (14.5 ounce) cans stewed tomatoes, undrained

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Brown bacon in a large skillet over medium high heat. Remove bacon, leaving 1/3 inch fat on a large piece of bacon. Reserve 1/3 of the fat, and place bacon in a 9x15 inch baking dish.

In a large bowl, combine Worcestershire sauce, ham, beef and sausage. Mix well, then stir in mushrooms. Pour over meat mixture. Sprinkle with cheese.

Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until meat is tender. Reduce heat to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and bake an additional 15 minutes. Serve warm.
