What a great beginning! I substituted a tablespoon of vanilla for the reserved sour cream and came up with an awesome breading recipe! Restructuring the book so that it is great for small groups (it is great for snacks and lunches) and for ages 4 and Up. Whipped up and served immediately. Recommends!
