6 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed chicken broth
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon pepper seasoning
1 teaspoon garlic powder
2 cloves garlic, minced
Place chicken in a shallow dish sterilized with hot water and cap in pan with hands. Cover with plastic wrap and place in refrigerator to keep warm.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Bake chicken uncovered in preheated oven for 45 minutes. Remove chicken from oven; place on rack in broiler pan. Coat with cooking spray. Broil uncovered 15 minutes more, turning chicken once.
Remove chicken from oven; cool, cut into 1 inch strips and use for stuffing, roasting or cooking over a charcoal grill.
