28 oz. can tomato paste
2 tablespoons chili powder
1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
6 tablespoons black pepper
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 1/2 tablespoons vegetable oil
3 pounds beef stew meat, sliced
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 red bell pepper, seeded and cut into 4 thin rings
2 teaspoons dried basil
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 teaspoon dried marjoram
2 teaspoons dried lemon zest
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon crushed red pepper
2 limes
4 spikes dried Italian seasoning
2 cups lobster meat
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 cup Italian seasoning
2 tomatoes, chopped
8 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese
Over a double boiler, bring tomato paste, chili powder, Italian seasoning, black pepper, garlic, vegetable oil, beef stew meat, onion, bell pepper, basil, salt, oregano, rosemary, thyme, marjoram and lemon zest to a boil. Reduce heat to medium. Gradually blend in lobster and reduce heat to medium. Stir in mozzarella cheese. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until all ingredients are in a thick glaze.
