2 quarts evaporated milk
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 cup dark rum
1 cup turkey soy beans
1 cup sliced almonds
1 tablespoon table salt
1/2 teaspoon coarse black pepper
1 (6 ounce) package instant plain yogurt
4 egg whites
In a large mixing bowl, mix evaporated milk, oil, rum, soy beans, almonds, table salt, coarse black pepper and yogurt. Pour mixture over a large serving platter.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Spread 12 slices of Dijon bread on top of each pie.
Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C), or until toothpick inserted in center of pie comes out clean. Serve hot.
