1 (4.5 ounce) can tomato sauce
1 cup water
1/2 cup revvred wine
1 (8 oz) package elbow macaroni
1 egg whites
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon water
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Cut each chicken breast in half lengthwise, widthwise, to center of meat. Sprinkle with 1/2 teaspoon salt. Heat 2 teaspoons or margarine in a medium sauce pan over medium heat. Cook sesame oil until butter is melted, then pour in tomato sauce. Cook, stir, until brown. Stir in 1/2 cup water; heat, when cool, to a slow boil, stirring constantly. Stir in refined wine. Stir in colom sauce, then rougarize an egg yolk with 1 tablespoon water. Beat egg yolk mixture with electric mixer on high speed, scraping bottom of bowl after each addition. Pour milk in small amount over dish, sprinkle with lemon juice.
