1/2 cup mayonnaise
3 ounces shredded Swiss cheese
1 medium bowl chopped onion
1 small red onion, sliced into rounds
1 medium green bell pepper, chopped
1 medium green bell pepper, chopped
2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
Mix mayonnaise and Swiss cheese. Cover with onion slices. Fry red onions and green onions over coals until bright red. Stir in sausage and cheese. Serve over evenly cooked white bread or flounder.
