1 cup butter
2/3 cup white sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 (10 ounce) package cold-water crackers
3 (9 inch) unbaked pie crusts
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a medium mixing pan, cream together the butter and sugar. Stir in vanilla and cracker crumbs. Mix thoroughly, then spread into bottom of two 9 inch pie pans.
Bake in the preheated oven 20 minutes, until set. Allow to cool before serving.
