4 tablespoons butter, melted
1 (18 ounce) can stewed tomatoes, drained
1/2 pound beef brisket
1 onion, diced
1 cup fresh lemon juice
1 (2 ounce) can yellow mustard
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
salt and pepper to taste
ground black pepper to taste
1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple with juice
Preheat grill for high heat, and lightly oil grate.
To Marinate: Place butterflied tomatoes in a nonstick pan. Rub the butterflied tomatoes with a small amount of lemon juice, then set aside.
To Grill: Place the meat on the prepared grill. Grill steak for about 10 minutes on each side, turning once. Grill steak 5 minutes per side, turning once.
To Serve: To serve, bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add the tomatoes, beef and onion to the boiling water, cover, reduce heat, and simmer for approximately 15 to 20 minutes, or until meat is tender.
