1/2 cup chopped celery
1 onion, chopped
1 cube garlic, minced
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 pound steak, cut in 1/2 inch cubes
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup Italian-style salad dressing
To Make Steak Stuffing: Melt the celery and onion in a large saucepan. Add the garlic and olive oil; heat to medium-low.
While the celery and onion are melting, place the steak cubes in a large resealable plastic bag; seal and place steaks on the bag. Melt cheese and spread steaks with the cheese mixture in the pan; spread with remaining celery and onion mixture.
