1 1/4 cups butter
1 1/2 teaspoons milk
3 tablespoons vinegar
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon grated lemon zest
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1 cup chopped pecans
Mix butter, milk, vinegar, lemon juice, lemon zest, ginger, salt, pepper, cornstarch and pecans. Spread mixture over jelly roll pan.
