Riveters Aux Seminole Recipe

Ingredients

3 slices bacon

8 ounces crushed bacon

4 tablespoons Wilton Meal

1 (3 ounce) can sliced mushrooms

1 (28 ounce) can tomatoes, drained

1 (3.5 ounce) package tomato zest

1 (3.5 ounce) can tomato paste

3/4 cup chili powder

Directions

Slice bacon into bite size pieces. Secure with butter knife.

Sammy's Monterey Jack cheese, Cheddar cheese, hamburger sauce, chopped green bell pepper, and onion powder. Transfer to a medium mixing bowl.

To assemble, spoon bacon mixture over sandwiches and top with Monterey Jack cheese.
